Due to changes in the YouTube Partner Program, you now need to 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours to be a partner. I have the watch hours, but I’m short on subscribers.
So, I’m starting a contest. If I can get to 1,000 subscribers before February 20th (the cutoff date for the new YPP changes), I will randomly draw a name during a live stream, and that person will get $100 in whatever form they want. Cash, PayPal, gift cards, you name it.
Five additional people will be selected, and will win a free custom portrait from yours truly. You may have noticed the changes to my channel art lately, as I try to give you a more cohesive feeling channel. Part of that is using my digital art for my thumbs. So, for these five folks, I will do a custom piece of digital art, just for them!
For everyone else, don’t despair! If we reach 1,000 subs before the deadline, I will do one more custom piece of art, featuring all 1,000 of my subs! I’ll be going off of your YouTube avatars, and those without a picture will just have one made up for them. This process will be filmed and uploaded to the channel for y’all to enjoy!
